Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Ryno Storage, Post Falls, Idaho

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ryno Storage collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://rynostorage.com or contact us through our website. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to answer your question about storage units or parking, and we do not sell your information.

2. Who We Are

Ryno Storage, 1003 E 3rd Ave, Post Falls, ID 83854. Phone: (208) 699-5230. Email: office@rynostorage.com. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

3. Information We Collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and the message you type. Nothing on this site asks for payment information, and we do not take card details through the website.

Text messages. If you provide a phone number, it is also used to send or deliver text messages about your inquiry, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Automatic information. Our hosting and analytics tools may record basic technical details such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, and referring site. This is aggregated and used to understand how the site performs.

4. How We Use Your Information

To answer your inquiry. Your name, phone number, email, and message are shared with our office team so the right person can call or email you back with pricing and availability.

To confirm we received your message. We send a short thank-you email to the address you provide.

To alert our team. Your submission is also delivered to our office as an email and, where configured, as a text message to the business owner, so inquiries are not missed.

To improve the site. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data helps us see which pages and unit sizes people are actually looking for.

We do not use contact form details for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you: our website hosting and analytics provider, our email delivery service, our text messaging provider (Twilio), and our domain and email host. Each of these handles your information only to perform the service we asked them for.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so, such as in response to a valid court order or law-enforcement request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

6. Text Message Consent and Opt-Out

Submitting our contact form with a phone number is your consent for us to use that number to contact you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies with your inquiry.

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts. After STOP, we send one confirmation message and then send no further texts to that number unless you ask us to contact you again. Reply HELP for help, or call (208) 699-5230. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of text messages does not stop us from answering an inquiry you send us by email or phone.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the small number of cookies needed to make the site work and to measure usage in aggregate. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load and the contact form will still work.

8. How Long We Keep Information

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence — normally up to three years. Aggregate usage statistics are kept in a form that no longer identifies you.

9. How We Protect Information

The site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems that store submissions is limited to the people who need it to answer inquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we use reasonable, proportionate safeguards.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email office@rynostorage.com or call (208) 699-5230 and we will handle the request, normally within 30 days.

You can also stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can choose not to give us your phone number when you submit the form — we will simply reply by email instead.

11. Children

This website is intended for adults renting or enquiring about storage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always available at this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
